Another great beverage from Martin House

Nebula 9.8% – Bourbon Barrel-Aged Black and Red Currant Lactose Sour. It pours a dark ruby red and almost smells like a nice wine. Nebula is the combination of black and red currants aged in bourbon barrels 3.5 months. It’s fruity and tart, but soooooo complex compared to our other fruited sour releases. We’ve never done a barrel-aged lactose sour. Honestly, it’s hard to describe. If you remember Little Red and how that flavor was on a whole different level, then Nebula is right up there with it as far as complexity. Basically, if you just enjoy martin house sours, then you’ll dig it. If you’re a connoisseur of fancy wines and barrel-aged spirits, you’ll def enjoy breaking down the flavor profile on this one. Nebula releases into distribution in our 2pack format this week and next. We also have 2packs available to-go starting today in the taproom. Hope you dig it! Cheers!
