Genghis Grill will celebrate the opening of its newly upgraded Fort Worth restaurant, located at 4469 Bryant Irvin Road, by welcoming the community into the remodeled location and supporting the Tarrant Area Food Bank (TAFB) on May 29.

As the seventh restaurant in a plan to refresh all Dallas-Fort Worth locations, Genghis Grill closed operations for one week in order to remodel the restaurant to provide a more efficient and enjoyable experience for guests.

In celebration of its reopening, Genghis Grill will donate 20% of the day’s proceeds to TAFB. The North Texas nonprofit’s mission is to end hunger by providing food, education and resources to those it serves. TAFB serves about 53,000 households per month in 13 counties throughout North Texas.

“We’re excited for the community to see our beautifully upgraded restaurant and we look forward to continuing to remodel all of our restaurants throughout DFW and beyond,” said CEO James Vinz. “We wanted to focus on giving back to the community during our reopening. The Tarrant Area Food Bank does an incredible job at serving our community daily, so we couldn’t be more excited to show our support while celebrating our fresh remodel.”

Frequent guests of the Fort Worth restaurant will immediately notice the difference. The restaurant has been completely remodeled, with an entirely new design created by brand strategy and design firm Propaganda Studios and multi-discipline firm ID Studio 4. The new design includes colorful booths, reimaged exterior window graphics, and eye-catching walls decorated using geometric graphics and refurbished signs. The restaurant also features a new takeout pick-up area designed to make the Genghis Grill experience more convenient for guests.

And while the restaurant has a new look, its food remains unaltered; it’s still the Genghis Grill that everyone knows and loves. Guests will continue to experience the same quality interactive dining experience and ability to forge their own flavor by creating custom bowls filled with exactly what they are craving.

Genghis Grill is looking to remodel all of its DFW locations by 2020 and is hoping to expand its upgrades throughout the nation beyond 2020.

Fort Worth’s Genghis Grill on Bryant Irvin Road is open Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
